My favourite way of consuming kale is to bake them into crispy chips. They are easy to make, low-carb alternative of potato chips. Kale is a nutrient-dense, cruciferous vegetable that is beneficial for an anti-inflammatory diet. I sprinkle them with turmeric powder for additional anti-inflammatory effects.

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove 1-2 bunches kale from stem. Wash and dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of avocado oil and sprinkle with turmeric.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
